BIOGRAPHY
Born in Marietta, Georgia, Xandra Squier found an interest in fine art from a young age. She entered her first art competition at six years old, and began professional lessons at the age of nine. From there, she continued her education at institutions such as the Scottsdale Artists’ School, Laguna College of Art and Design, and private tutors.
Xandra has always had an interest in art as a whole, taking inspiration from many different forms of art. She works with oils, watercolor, charcoal, and graphite. Her vast exploration for inspiration is reflected in the work she creates. Her drive to become an artist wasn't just for creating paintings, it was for the act of creating itself. When painting, Xandra is often compelled to depict scenes of nature, animals, and the human experience. She wishes to use her skills in the arts to create work with passion, energy, and significance.
